Building up
Please start on the lowest settings of 50us, 20htz, 1ma or less and 1 minute or less initially. This is to test tolerance. Stay on these settings and duration for 2 days minimum. Any unwanted effects? If you are stable, you can tweak your settings from here.
We always advise building time first. The advice for duration… Nurosym recommends up to 60 minutes. Medfit are more loose. It’s about finding what works best for you.
Once you have built sufficient time, you can tweak the rest of the settings. Please only change one thing at a time.
The advice for intensity… Nurosym recommends switching up until you just feel it and down one again. Medfit recommends not to go above 5-6ma.
Hertz you can experiment between 20-30htz.
Microseconds you can experiment between 50-200us.
It’s up to you which you change first after you build time. Please go slowly. So for example if experimenting with microseconds, try 60us, then 70us etc. NOT suddenly 200us.
Please note we cannot give guidelines on how to build as it’s hugely individual. Some people add a minute per day. Others can add a few minutes. And some need to build in seconds. Please be guided by your body response. Any unwanted effects please stop to let these settle down again.
